The Town Homes of Oriole is a well maintained residential community in Margate, FL.  The community is close to shopping, entertainment, Coral Square Mall, and has A rated schools. 

Originally built in the mid 70’s, there are a total of 38 buildings with a total of 338 units.  The community has 2 pools, a basketball area, and a clubhouse that can be reserved for events. 

Most units are 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath approximately 1400-1550 sqft.  Some 4 bedroom 2.5 bath 1600 sqft units are available.  Each has a front court and back area that can be fenced for privacy.
