Temporary Pool Closing
Starting 4/2/12 until finished the South pool will be closed for major maintenance. During the period the pool will be drained, resurfaced and upgraded as necessary.
The North Pool will be open during this period.
The Town Homes of Oriole is a well maintained residential community in Margate, FL.The community is close to shopping, entertainment, Coral Square Mall, and has A rated schools.
Originally built in the mid 70’s, there are a total of 38 buildings with a total of 338 units.The community has 2 pools, a basketball area, and a clubhouse that can be reserved for events.
Most units are 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath approximately 1400-1550 sqft. Some 4 bedroom 2.5 bath 1600 sqft units are available. Each has a front court and back area that can be fenced for privacy.
THO is a non Rental Owner Community and it does not have an age restriction for owning.
Of Major note worthiness is that the association fee has not been raised in 3 years and all the What's New have been accomplished without any special assessments.
