Question - Is THO an age restricted community?
- THO welcomes responsible owners of all ages.

Question - Can a unit be rented?
Response - No, however, a direct family member may live in the unit; the Association has the legal right to evict renters.
Question - Are Pets allowed?
Response - Yes, there is a limit of 2 pets per unit and a dog must be less than 55 pounds at maturity and no animal listed as a vicious breed is allowed.
Question - What are the approved THO paint colors?
Response - Stucco - Asbury Sand low lustre exterior house paint by Benjamin Moore, Door - Saddle Soap Exterior Gloss Enamel by Benjamin Moore, Fence - Saddle Soap low lustre exterior house paint by Benjamin Moore.
Question - Where do I get my parking sticker(s)?
Response - Ambassador Management has parking permits or email a special request. Download the THO Parking regulations. Replacement stickers are issued for new vehicles.
Question - Is the Club House available for THO Owners usage?
Response - Yes, there is a $50 rental fee for weekends and a $35 rental fee for weekdays, as well as, $100 refundable damage deposit. Tables and chairs are included. Please download the Clubhouse Usage Form. Please call Ambassador Management at 954-741-8811 to schedule your event. You must be in good standing with your monthly maintenance fees to rent the club house.
Question - I would like to add new Hurricane Windows/Shutters or another type of architectural change, is there anything special that is needed?
Response - In addition, to having the proper city certificate, THO has an Architectural Changes Request approval form. Note - Home owners have been replacing their front door and the board's defacto policy has been to not require a Change Request. However, it must be painted the approved THO color.
Question - How often is Trash Pickup?
Response - Normal Trash pickup is Wednesday & Saturday. Please do not put trash out before 6:00pm the before evening and please comply with Margate statues and use a garbage can. Bulk Pickup is usually the last Wednesday of every month.
