The AMF Form (Architectural Modification Form) must be submitted to Brock Property Management then approved by the BOD when work is to be done on outside structure of home and a permit is required. I.E., roof, windows, doors, etc. Click on PDF and download or Call Brock PM for a copy.

Application form for BOD Membership. Open the Application Form PDF file, download and fill it out. Send the completed Form to the BOD via email or drop the completed Form in the Mail Drop at the Clubhouse and notify the BOD that you dropped it off.
